In addition to the wide protectiveplate, the Kentucky Horsewear Sheepskin Stud Girth is anatomically shapedoffering comfort and safety when jumping while limiting the risk of injuriescaused by horseshoes or studs. Specially shaped to follow the horse’s naturalmovement, it relieves the shoulders and elbows. It features an EVA protective inner,elastics on both ends to equalize pressure as well as three D-rings toaccommodate schooling equipment and a buckle to attach the breastplate to thegirth. The elastics are strong and stay firm as they are three double made. Thevegan sheepskin offers excellent cushioning against sensitive skin and like veganleather, it is easy to maintain as it is specially made to sustain the washingmachine at 30° (no dryer). Thanks to the hook and loop on the other side of thesheepskin cover, it can be easily taken off and changed. This Sheepskin StudGirth is made out of vegan leather that doesn’t take in any dirt, sweat orwater and is therefore more durable. Moreover, it does not change color anddoes not get damaged easily.
